Joe Schroeder, Director of Financial Marketing
Joe Schroeder started in financial sales in 2006 and currently heads up the financial marketing team at MLI. Over the past eight years he has helped hundreds of financial professionals grow their client base.
Joe coaches his clients on how to develop effective marketing strategies that produce results in the most cost-effective manner. By taking the time to learn about his clients' objectives, he can develop a customized plan that will best reach their goals.
Joe graduated from Eastern Connecticut State University in 1995 with a Double Major in Business Administration and Communications. Since then he has been working in sales and marketing for close to 20 years. Joe strives to help clients exceed their sales expectations by creating innovative marketing campaigns designed to distinguish their products and services above the competition. He and the MLI marketing team pride themselves on providing exceptional service and dedication in formulating lucrative campaigns for agents looking to grow their practice.
Lorrie Stealey, Marketing Specialist
Lorrie brings over 18 years of sales and marketing experience to the MLI team. As a tenured professional in the Graphic Arts industry, she has in-depth knowledge of financial marketing and leaves no detail unattended. Lorrie listens attentively and after completing her initial research, provides a variety of options that enables the advisor to create a seminar calendar and marketing budget.
Lorrie's methodology for finding the advisor's "ideal prospect" is solid and whether direct mail or multi-channel marketing (direct mail, email and Facebook) she takes pride in producing measurable results for the advisors she works with. Her enthusiasm and passion for her work are very apparent as she brings a freshness to marketing that enables her clients to enjoy steady success and growth.
